"Been coming into Tecumseh Harley Davidson since I walked in and met Heidi Essenmacher running the clothing merchandise part of the store. I walked in there and asked if she had any adult size shirts because I ware a 4x tall shirt and no one seems to carry them! She talked to me for a moment to get an idea on what style shirts I liked and colors. We became fast friends during this talk! She then asked me for my number and said she would be contactingme about the shirts when they came in because she was putting in an order and said she would take care of my needs! I, of course, thought she was full of it but just a week later they came in and she contacted me! I was totally shocked!! Heidi had went out of her way to take care of my needs! I brought my wife in the dealership to meet Heidi that I had bragged to her about and my wife wanted a shirt but Tecumseh didn't have her size in stock my wife asked her to get it for her and call her when it came in! Heidi found the shirt in question at another dealership and went on her own and got it for my wife so she could have it the next day when we were coming through! Heidi is the reason my wife and I decided to buy my new bike at Tecumseh!!! Heidi is the one that made the effort for us and why we will be faithful to Tecumseh as long as Heidi is there!!! Picked up a really nice helmet with a retractable visor, at first they didn't have one that fit my massive cranium (XL) but they checked in the back (not just faked it) and brought the one I wanted.
